Factual error
The club had revolving doors and not doors which opened inwards. In the panic people were stuck on both sides of the revolving door, jamming it as a result.

that case also happened in the ozone disco, philippines.. my uncle's girlfriend died in the fire.

this is false. First off the front door was revolving. Then there was the boarded up plate glass window, the covered exit signs and many of the side doors were welded shut to prevent people from leaving without settling there bills. Apparently some other doors were not welded shut but they did open inwards.

This puzzle seems rather out of place here. It's not really a puzzle. There are so many possibilities that it's not really a brain teaser. Good puzzles generally have a single (or just a few) plausible answers.
