a woman has incontrovertable proof..
the woman has multiple sisters the sister that stood before the judge was not the one who had committed the crime
#2 - ken - 10/07/2007 - 16:09
If they are conjoined, then they share at least some body parts, therefore the first sister is an accomplice, and both should be jailed.

Mentally retarded
As per the indian law a retarded or mentally sick person is not punishable

Stupidest puzzle ever
there could be any number of other explanation such as the sister being a minor, she being mentally retarded or severely handicapped, the woman having multiple sisters, the sister being a foreign diplomat not under jurisdiction of the country where the murder took place, or she had to first have been extradited if the murder took place in another country.

Dumb
Whoever made this question is as dumb if not dumber than the answer itself, and is exempt from punishment also, due to the fact that they are retarded.

Jim's right, this question is the stupidest yet! I may not be the sharpest pencil in the box but that was over whelmingly simple.

hehe another solution iss....
the sister was having an affair with the man --> during sex he had a heart attack caused by the sexiness of the "sister" and thats when the "woman" busted in demanding an explanation why they were cheating on her....

hello
They are siamese Twins(:

Dean (Academic Affairs)
The other Siamese twin could have prevented the murder by not co-operating with her murderous sister. This clearly shows that she was an accomplice. Both of them should be punished.
By the way, Siamese twins can be separated by modern surgical methods!
