it could because if you were the man and the first thing you saw was your wife dead you might be a little dazed and see this baby and have no idea who it is
OR.........the wife couldve been a hooker and then she saw someone, rolled down her window and was all like "hey baby, wanna party?' and then let the guy in. when they were done, he killed her and the husband came back before the killer escaped
And yea, i agree that the baby can't be a stranger
Yea ok that was extremely simple, my little sister even got it right. At first I thought that maybe she had let the guy in and he had killed her and locked the doors in hopes that he could drive off in the vehicle. And quite frankly the baby is a stranger being as a stranger is classified as someone not yet seen before. Then again to my parents I'm a stranger but thats just because I'm emo...
It was a mother giving birth to a child but didn't survive :( and the baby was the stranger and I think they were going to the hospital right? Someone help me out lol
Any car can be opened from inside. This murderous stranger ( a real hefty fellow, not the baby!), was waiting for the man to disappear. He then approaches the car. The woman mistakes him for her husband and opens the car. The fellow murders her. The man returns before the stranger could escape with whatever he could lay his hands on.
or he was a hitchhiker in the car to begin with? he'd still technically be a stranger because the man wouldn't really know him. That way you could even say that the car doors and windows had remained locked the whole time?

No man would be rushing his baby's mother to hospital and then consider the baby a stranger...far more sensible the the wife could have unlocked the car from the inside to allow a stranger in...or that a stranger broke in one of the windows. This isn't lateral thinking, it's stupid.
okay when I first read this, I got freaked out. Blood? Yeah I guess the answer is right but I agree with the others - the baby couldn't be a 'stranger' because he knew it was going to be born.

Besides, it's already on this site.
