Standing in a circle, they passed the eggs on to the next one by one. First one picking them from the basket till it reached the last one. The last person placed the egg back to the basket!

It's a nice preconception, really. Imagine my Dad taking it seriously and thinking about it all night! I just saw the hint and the answer myself before I answered. Funny? Yeah, of course!!

1) There were 7 and u counted it 6
2) There was a hen in the basket which laid one more egg after they took the eggs
3) one of the person put the egg back in the basket
4) you are telling lies or dint count properly.

1:Maybe when everyone took an egg, there was a hen in the basket
which layed another egg. That makes an extra egg in the basket.
2:Maybe someone had forgotten their egg.
3:Maybe someone didn't want their's so left their one or just putted
it back.

Maybe someone had found an egg,then that person saw a basket which had the 6 eggs in it. The person saw that it was empty so that person putted the egg in the basket and left. So that made an extra egg in the basket.

There is no basket!!

There were five golden eggs and one ordinary looking egg that we see everyday at the dollar store. Five guys take the golden egg promising to share the spoils with the sixth guy. So he never bothered to carry the sixth egg. Why cant you guys ever figure it out??

One man sucked all by an injection and finally he placed the empty cap (with out breaking)in good condition and may be you (story teller) forgot your specks while you count that eggs.. ha ha ha....... kesavan
