Lucky for him that only one arm was borken (whatever that means). With the other arm he could have freed himself.

@ #15 - Yeah, i was kinda wondering about that too. I've often put on or released my seatbelt and opened my door with the hand I don't normally use (due to me holding something in my usually used hand). Not that difficult. The 'borken' arm thing shouldn't be a factor.

He died and then respawned on the river bank.
