"A plane has emergency landed on a deserted island with three survivors, the pilot, a mechanic, and a pregnant passenger. There is only available water to barely keep only 2 of the passengers alive, but there may be enough time to get the plane fixed and flying again. Which of the 2 passengers should get the water and why?" |

There is enough water for 2 of the PASSENGERS,right?
So the pilot can save both of them....he is not counted as a passenger.... |

Based on the way it is worded, it could be interpreted that the survivors are the pregnant passenger and the pilot, who is also a mechanic. which would make the unborn baby the third survivor. As such the pilot and pregnant passenger get the water as the fetus does not need it. |
