In the answer to 'What Am I?', it may be more appropriate to refer to the country bordering the Dead Sea as Palestine instead of Israel.

The solution to the semantics problem can be interpreted differently. The children were born in China, and the 'same year' refers to the 'year of the monkey' or similar repeating years.

The dead sea in Israel is a closed sea, meaning there aren't any yachts there. There are barely any boats there.

For the 'What Am I?' puzzle, a water gun makes more sense than the hiccups solution. The bartender could point a water gun at the man, leading him to take a drink of water.

The Dead Sea isn't deep; I've walked well out of sight of land and it wasn't over five feet.

The answer to the millionaire puzzle could also be interpreted as him having an asset worth millions in a different currency, such as yen, rather than just dollars.

Some of these puzzles seem more like random trivia instead of lateral thinking puzzles.

The example provided is nonsensical and subjective. A man living in a house without knowing how to get there is not a valid lateral thinking puzzle.

Well, as users mdbbarilla & bedead previously said : a WATERING CAN. I mean, what else could make more sense than this answer?
After all, it has holes --plural--, two of them. It is a universally used tool, therefore it has to be useful. It does kinda carry water, too.
So is that it? … or are we missing something here?
