11. Truck is Too Tall
A truck driver taking a back road to avoid excess traffic came to a concrete overpass that looked a bit too low for him to pass under. Easing the mighty tractor gingerly forward, he was dismayed to hear the box scrunching on the underside of the overpass. Getting out of the cab, he inspected the roof and swore a mighty oath that went something like this:
*!%#*@#%#@!
He only needed half an inch. So near and yet so far! Nevertheless, he was soon on his way again, thanks to a very bright idea. How did he get under without further damage to his rig?

Solution:
The truck driver released the air from the trailer air bags, which lowered the height of the truck just enough to fit under the overpass without causing further damage. Once he passed through, he could reinflate the air bags and continue on his way.

Did he let a little air out of his tires?
1. or put more weight in it?
2. took same part of the truck off?
Get out and walked? Ie Left his truck behind
He reversed and went over the overpass.
he pressed down hard an the exrlerator and squeezed his way through
He could have lowered his tyres by removing air :)
He backed the truck up, got out, and cleared the ivy off the sign showing the height of the overpass. He took out a black magic marker and printed "1/2" after the inches number on the sign. Then he got back in the truck and drove thru without incident.
The truck was hauling a tractor which he unloaded and then drove through the underpass
the driver reversed a long distance then floored it and as he approaches the underpass he jam the brake then floors it again!
when he jam his brake, the front of the truck would be lowered by more than half and inch allowing his truck to pass but he needs to floor it hard in order to get the back low for a complete pass!
scrape some of the ground away :o
The truck driver released the air from the trailer air bags which shortened the height enough to fit under the overpass. :D
Getting out of the cab
the vehicle went from a truck to a tractor to a cab...
