Because she is busy in watching daily serial while he come from office, he came by 2 mins past 8. So it creates disturbance to her.

As he opened the door his wife had resolved to proteck herself from the stranger lurking around her home who vanished ina shadow on seeing her husband pull into the drive way, she first saw snooping around her home since 7:45 but assuming it was her husband she waiting for him to come in but then noticed his car had not pulled in by 7:55 as the stranger moved closer to the door, as she checked to lock on the door *my husband will use his keys so i should lock the doors he will be here soon* she was mentally blown away to feel it turn in her had and she know her only way out was to fight back and run for help thus she went crazy at the first person to enter the door.

I've listed these in order of probability- Most to least.
She accidentally crapped herself in anticipation and turned to anger to hide her embarrassment.
He works as a radio dj, she was listening to his show and noticed that it went off the air at 6 and he's only a 20 min drive away.
She's on a business trip and needed him to record her show which started at 8 for her. Now she'll never know why lightning boy was taken to the principal's office.
He works downstairs, at the barbour shop they own which is part of their house, but 2 minutes still isn't much, so if it's something like this, she's needs to learn some patience.
She set the oven, counting on him to come home by 8. Now there are burnt cookies. Thanks a lot, bro.

At about 8 o clock when his office hours were over, he phoned his wife and told her that he'll be at work till 8 o clock in morning, and that night he was to have his nightstay with the next door lady neighbour whom he has an affair with, but but but.... he accidentally entered his own residence (room no 302) instead of 301.

Because he had just spent $25,000 on a new Rolex, and obviously it was not keeping good time, he thought it was 8pm, it was really 8.02..........she thought it was an absolute waste of good "Shoe" money.
