Bill, Bob, Dave, Will and Stu all ive in a flat together. Bill, Bob n Dave go out one day. To their horror they find Will dead on the floor surrounded by a pool of water an Stu claims he dozn't know wot happened. How n why did Will die??? Do you know ??

Solution:
Will was a fish, and he died because his bowl was knocked over, spilling all the water onto the floor. Bill, Bob, and Dave found him dead on the floor surrounded by the pool of water that had come from his bowl. Stu, being a cat, didn't know what happened because he wasn't aware of the events that led to the bowl being overturned.

Simple:
Will died of heart attack in the kitchen and the floor was flooded with water because the kitchen sink drain had burst open while Stu was asleep.
Originally, Bill, Bob, Dave, Will, Dexter, Norm, Regis, Frank, Vic, and Stu all lived in a flat together. Every day they all went out except for two: Stu, who is a psychopathic killer and liar, and one other who would volunteer to stay with Stu because he pretended to be an invalid.
Every day Stu would lie in bed and ask the volunteer to bring him a big bucket of water to wash his goiter (which he did not have). When the young man brought the water, Stu would trip him with his cane and then bludgeon him with the hammer he kept under his pillow. Stu would then clean up the blood with a rag he kept in a box under his bed.
When the fellows returned home, Stu would pretend to be asleep, and when awakened, he would say he had not heard a thing.
Bob, Bill, Dave, Will and Stu live in a flat in a condo, Stu was out and Will was sleeping, a massive fire broke out and the fire sprinkler system went off inundating the apartment, Will was asthmatic and died soon of asphixia due to the toxic fumes from the fire. He was found dead surrounded by a pool of water
The dead guy was a fish, the other person's life obviously doesn't revive around the fish and wasn't paying attention at the time.
BTW not enough info to be definite on one of the possible million answers but I like this question all the same.
Sounds like the 'Romeo and Juliet' fish problem.
I think the floor was the bathroom floor. So he may have slipped and hit his head on the bath tub and died. and the pool of water was due to overflow of water from the tub.
The man was stabbed with an iCicle(tm) . How he got stabbed, well, there are several ways that could happen, but thus ends the lateral thinking section of this answer and with it my cares for answering further.
