The man wasn't shot with a gun, instead, someone had shot a photo of him as he lie dead.
This, of course, was due to an obvious accident, such as an elephant tripped and bumped into him, shoving him head first into a bees nest. Fortunately, he was wearing a bee keeper mask, but the noise from the bees caused him to panic due to his over sensitive hearing thus in his sprint away from the nest he accidentally jumped in between two people and their bacon, thus he was accidentally eaten alive. Can you blame someone for bacon? I say no.

A man shot dead in fatal accident, so, if it was an accident, there is no need for an investigation on the cause of the death: it was an accident

in the title it says the poor one man, if it was an actual man it would say the poor man. therefore it is obvious, this is an alternate universe where harambe was named one-man
