The smallest theoretically mesurable interval of time is the Planck time, which is 5.391e-44 seconds (cf. physics.nist.gov/cgi-bin/cuu/Value?plkt).
The number of distinguishable seconds in a minute should be 59 / (Planck time) = 1.094e+45.

I was going to say Infinite but harvey's reply seems to be more accurate.

sixty-one. the zero counts as one
nope. it need hard computations.
30 seconds (2,4,6,8,10...)
56 : [60/2] + [60/4] + [60/8] +[60/16] +[60/32] where []is gif greatest
2nd, 22nd, 32nd, 42nd, 52nd = 5 Seconds

60 + twenty-second + thirty-second + forty-second + fifty-second = 60 + 20 + 30 + 40 + 50 = 200 seconds
there are no seconds for a minute. After the minute is over, it's gone. Now it's the next minute's turn. It won't get a second turn either.
