He doesn't walk past the restaurants. He goes into one of them and eats lunch. Then he goes into the other restaurant and buys a drink, and walks on with it to the post office.

He crouches down and runs as fast as his little body will allow to the first restaurant. He clears the building as quickly as possible; first strangling the assassin positioned behind the cashier, then using the assassin's gun to incapacitate the other two. He ascends the stairs, taking out the other two assassins hiding in the stairwell. He fires two shots through the closet door and hears the thud of another assassin landing on the floor, but something sounds off about it. He opens the door and the assassin drops on him from the ceiling. He bitch slaps the assassin and now the building is his. He uses the windows of the building to snipe at the assassins in the other building, successfully taking all of them out. Now, he jumps out the window and makes a dash for the drop zone. Once there, he retrieves the package and sprints back to his car. Mission accomplished. Minimal casualties. 10.10. Ace performance. Bravo. He must be a God
