Solution:

Ekam represents the number 1 in Sanskrit, and the letters E, K, A, and M can be creatively interpreted as the word 'make' spelled upwards, emphasizing the concept of unity or singularity.

The puzzles labeled as lateral thinking do not seem to fit the criteria. For example, puzzle 4 is based on a geometric fact rather than lateral thinking, and puzzle 5 is simply a mathematical fact.
