7. Hit and Run
A man gets run over by 3 trucks. Even though most of the tyres on each truck squash over him they do not kill him. How?

Solution:
The man is in a manhole and under the manhole cover, allowing the truck tires to run over him without causing harm.

He is ALREADY Dead, even before the trucks run over him.
other possible scenarios:
Because Trucks, tires and bullets cannot kill men, if god/fate wishes otherwise, according to most religious faiths.
Aren't you talking about little johnny's elasti'man'-toy and some toy trucks?
Number 3 is unbelievably lucky for him.
Those trucks are right from movie 'Transformers', few of them protect.
