if you ask that silightly differently:
What comes once in a year, twice in every month, four times in every week, and six times in each and every weekend?
Then it would be the letter e.
But the way you put it I looked it up and this was all I could find.
Its simply the numbers of letters used in words
say,
ONCE=YEAR
4=4
TWICE=MONTH
5=5
FOUR=WEEK
4=4
SIX=DAY
3=3
