62. Contradictory Distances in the Woods

Dave went half way into the woods and finished in a half hour. Jason said that he walked 2/3 way into the woods in the same time. Dave said that is impossible. Why?

Solution:

You can only walk half way into the woods. Once you have reached the center (the halfway point), any further steps you take will actually be taking you out of the woods. Therefore, walking "2/3 of the way into" the woods is logically impossible.
