23. Stickers

twins collected some animal stickers.
They each had the same total number.
Winston had 3 full sheets and 4 loose stickers.
Wendy had 2 full sheets ans 12 loose stickers.
Every full sheet has the same number of stickers.
How many stickers are there in a full sheet?

Solution:

Let the number of stickers in a full sheet be 'x'. Winston has 3x + 4 stickers, while Wendy has 2x + 12 stickers. Since they have the same total number of stickers, we can set up the equation 3x + 4 = 2x + 12. Solving for x gives x = 8, so there are 8 stickers in a full sheet.
